We built this system for OWL Barbershop in Riga. Three in four of its online bookings now come through its own system. For a new barbershop or salon we adapt it: your name, services and barbers.
What is in the system
A client picks a service, a barber and a time on the website or in the app. Each barber has their own working hours, days off and blocked time, so a taken slot never shows as free.
In the admin panel you see every booking in a calendar and manage services, barbers and several locations, each with its own opening hours and photos.
The system reminds clients of their visit. It also has gift cards, promo codes, client reviews with photos and messages to all your clients, and you can block an unwanted client.
Apps for clients and barbers
OWL Barbershop has its own iPhone and Android apps: for clients to book, and for barbers to work with their schedule. They are published in the App Store and on Google Play under the barbershop's name.
You can also start with the website and booking only, and add the apps later.
