A website, accounts and apps in one system: memberships, schedule, booking, parents, children and teachers.

We first built this system for the Igmalin education centre: a website and an iOS/Android app with separate accounts for teachers, parents and children, while the admin panel manages every process in one place. Later we built a platform for a dance studio in Riga on the same base.

What is in the system

Memberships that track how many classes are left and can be frozen. A class schedule with rooms and teachers, and booking for classes on the website and in the app.

Everyone has their own account. Parents see their children and their classes. A child can sign in to their own account with a code. Teachers see their groups and schedule.

Chat between parents, teachers and the studio, push notifications and automatic reminders, including payment reminders. Contracts, trial class requests and competition entries are in the same system.

How fast you can start

Because the base already runs, the system isn't built from scratch for a new studio. For a dance studio in Riga, the website with accounts went live 18 days after development started, and the iOS app was in the App Store on day 41.
